    Compensation: $40–55/hour DOE

    About the Role

    We're looking for a graphic designer who can create high-performing ad creative for political campaigns, advocacy organizations, and causes. This is contract work with variable hours, tied to campaign cycles and client needs.

    You'll produce static images and short-form video for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and programmatic display and video. The work moves fast, especially during election season.

    What You'll Do

    • Design ad creatives sized for social and programmatic placements

    • Produce short-form video ads (15–30 sec) optimized for mobile

    • Adapt assets quickly across formats and platforms

    • Collaborate with strategists on messaging, visual direction, and A/B testing

    • Turn around revisions on tight timelines

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong portfolio showing digital ad work (social, display, video)

    • Fluency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

    • Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar)

    • Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

    • Experience with political or advocacy content is a plus, not a requirement

    • Comfort with direct feedback and iteration

    A Note on Values

    Our client work focuses on Democratic candidates, progressive causes, and issue advocacy. You don't need to be a political operative, but you should be comfortable contributing to that work.
